Through this defined process, we structure organizational planning in order to develop authentic solutions to challenges large or small though consensus. We facilitate discussion and interaction among various constituencies toward a common purpose – a flexible roadmap showing what strategic directions make the most sense given the organization’s mission, values, constituencies and programs.
